Shipping:
All orders are deliveres with the Danish postal service. Packages over 1 Kg are send as a parcel, which gives all parts a security for delivery and/or warranty of service. Normally all orders coming before 3 o´clock pm will be send the same day, however at certain periods an extra day can be necessary. The Danish postal service normally delivers from day to day within Denmark.
Tunegarn are selling to all of Europe.
Tunegarn can not be held responsible for any delays caused by any deliver method.
When receiving an order from Tunegarn, please immediately check the contend and that the parcel is whole and the wrapping not broken.
If this is not the case, you must make the deliverer note this at receiving the parcel. It is your own responsability to check the parcel at arrival.
When signing for the parcel at receival, you sign that you have received the parcel in one whole, undamaged piece.
Prices for shipment in Denmark are:
Parcel less than 1 Kg:
Postal normal letter fee for MAXI letters.
Parcesl with receipt:
Weight up to 5 kg. - 60,00 kr.
Weight up to 10 kg. -90,00 kr
Weight up to 20 kg. -110,00 kr
And always an expedition fee of 5,00 Kr.
Pick-up of orders
If you have the possibility, you are always welcome to collect the orders yourself at the following times:
Tuesday and Wednesday from 09.00-12.00
Wednesday and Thursday from 14.00-17.00
or by appointment.
